"Sari" was begun with PanPastels and finished with hard and soft pastels. I loved the challenges this piece presented! It was such a pleasure to get to meet her and her family. Sari was not a St. Louis City or County Canine Officer but she was my first K9 Officer which sparked me to begin this portfolio. I am grateful to Officer Sari and her partner Officer Jim Lansing and family.
